The service
ExamLab is an online IELTS practice tool. It is not affiliated with IELTS, Cambridge Assessment, British Council, or IDP. Practice results are for training only and are not official exam scores.
Accounts
You may need to sign in (for example with Google) to save attempts or unlock features. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share access credentials or abuse the service.
Paid products
Paid Pro access is a subscription: a 3-day free trial, then $9 per month unless cancelled. Checkout is processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record); their terms and tax handling apply. A payment method is required to start the trial. Access is unlocked in your ExamLab account after checkout.
Refunds
Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered, except where required by law or where the payment partner's refund policy applies. If a charge failed, access was not granted, or you believe there was an error, contact us via Feedback within 14 days and we will review the request.
Acceptable use
Do not use ExamLab to break the law, infringe copyright, scrape or attack the service, or upload content you are not allowed to process. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific band scores, or exam outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESD Media LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
