Who operates ExamLab
ExamLab is operated by ESD Media LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. This privacy notice explains how we handle information when you use the website.
What we store in your browser
Tests you create are saved in localStorage on this device (passage, questions, answer keys). An anonymous visitor ID is also stored so we can count unique users and product events. Clearing site data deletes them.
Accounts & Google sign-in
If you sign in with Google, authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. We receive your Google account email and basic profile identifiers needed for the session. Session cookies are stored in your browser so you stay signed in. You can sign out anytime from the site header.
Analytics & advertising
If analytics is enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, campaign sources, and product events (for example: start exam, complete exam, save test, AI import). Google may set cookies according to their policies. We do not sell your personal data.
AI import
If you use Parse with AI, extracted text is sent to our server and then to OpenAI to structure a draft test. Do not upload content you are not allowed to process. Prefer your own or licensed materials.
Payments
If you buy a paid product, checkout may be handled by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). They process card details and tax under their own privacy terms. We receive order and entitlement data needed to unlock access in your account.
